雄激素受体翻译后修饰的研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 雄激素受体(androgen receptor,AR)是一种细胞内的蛋白质,常与雄激素结合形成激素-受体复合物与特异的DNA序列相互作用,调节靶细胞的雄激素特异反应基因表达。近年来多种研究表明,不同的蛋白质翻译后修饰(post-translational modifications,PTMs)影响AR在细胞内的转录、表达及生物活性。同时,在前列腺癌的发生发展中也常伴随着AR的PTMs异常,成为疾病治疗的潜在位点。本文针对近期PTMs对AR影响的报道进行综述。
