FGF-2、炎症因子与核因子-κB在角膜内皮细胞EMT过程中的作用 被引量:2

摘要 在角膜内皮细胞与后弹力层复合体中很少见到角膜纤维化,但是这种纤维化的角膜一旦产生将阻碍正常的光透射,从而致使眼睛失明。因此本文讨论了纤维组织母细胞生长因子-2(FGF-2)介导的上皮间叶细胞转化过程(EMT)中炎症因子发挥的作用,涉及FGF-2的细胞生物学活性及其信号通路。核因子(NF-κB)作为FGF-2基因的转录因子发挥了重要作用,白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)通过NF-κB来上调FGF-2的表达,并进一步导致FGF-2介导的EMT过程发生。人类眼睛的炎症反应可以造成一些不可逆的改变(例如角膜后纤维膜的产生),如果在其造成这种改变之前调控上述通路,可为我们抑制上皮间叶细胞的转化提供策略。
