大型船板成形用多点成形液压机的研究

简要介绍了多点成形的典型工艺方法,以大型船体外板为例介绍多点成形液压机的主体结构及选型原则。对不同多点成形工艺的表面成形质量和效率进行了对比分析。

The paper introduces typical multi-point forming technologies and takes large hull plates for example to describe the principal structure of multi-point hydraulic forming presses and the principle of selecting the type. The surface quality and efficiency reached by different multi-point forming technologies are compared and studied.
