绞窄性肠梗阻40例治疗体会

Therapeutics comprehension of 40 cases with strangulated intestinal obstruction

目的:探讨绞窄性肠梗阻的救治经验和救治效果。方法:对绞窄性肠梗阻患者40例进行积极救治,总结临床诊疗经验。结果:本组病例40例均行手术治疗,38例患者获得治愈出院,2例死亡;伤口一期愈合33例,二期愈合5例,无肠瘘及严重感染等并发症。结论:综合分析,早期诊断,积极内科治疗,尽早手术,能提高救治成功率。

Objective To investigate the therapeutics comprehension of 40 cases with strangulated intestinal obstruction.Method The 40 cases with strangulated intestinal obstruction were received the positive remedy,and the therapeutics comprehension was summarized.Results The 40 cases with strangulated intestinal obstruction were all received the operation,and 38 cases in which were cured and were discharged from hospital.The 2 cases were died.There were 33 cases with primary wound healing and 5 cases with secondary healing,and there was no cases with intestnal fistula and serious infection.Conclusion The comprehensive analysis,early diagnosis,positive medical treatment,early operation can improve the achievement ratio of remedy.
