中西医结合治疗慢性盆腔炎的疗效观察

Effect observation of combined treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine in treating chronic pelvic inflammatory disease

目的:探讨中西医结合治疗慢性盆腔炎的临床效果。方法:将慢性盆腔炎患者60例随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组接受常规西医治疗,观察组接受中西医结合治疗,评估两组疗效果。结果:治疗后观察组症状评分明显优于对照组,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组总有效率为93.33%,对照组为70.00%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组均无明显的治疗不良反应发生。结论:中西医结合治疗慢性盆腔炎的疗效好且安全性高,值得应用。

Objective To investigate the effect of combined treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine in treating chronic pelvic inflammatory disease.Method The 60 cases were divided into the observation group and the control group.The control group received the rontine western medicine treatment,and the observation group received the treatment of combined treatment.Results The symptom scores in the observation group were fewer than those in control group,and there were significant difference in them(P<0.05).The total effective rate was 93.33% in the observation group and 70.00% in the control group,and there was significant difference in them(P<0.05).There was no significant side-effect in the two groups.Conclusion The effect of combined treatment is obvious and the side-effect is few,so they are worth being used.
