社会支持的护理干预对社区高血压患者的效果分析

Effect analysis of social support of community nursing intervention on hypertension patients

目的:调查社会支持的护理干预对社区高血压患者的效果。方法:随机抽取相邻的两社区高血压患者192例,96例患者为A组,进行社会支持的护理干预,96例患者为B组,不进行社会支持的护理干预;从两社区中随机抽取96名健康志愿者为C组,对比三组的社会支持护理干预进行分析。结果:A组患者P值均<0.05,A组96例患者社会支持护理干预后总得分明显高于没有接受干预的B组96例患者患者,和C组96名健康志愿者的得分比较差异。结论:良好的社会支持护理干预稳定高血压患者的情绪,保持其良好的心理状态,使其感到社会的温暖,生活质量获得提高。

Objective To Investigate the effect of social support of community nursing intervention on hypertension patients.Method 192 hypertensive patients from two adjacent community were randomly selected,96 patients were selected as A group,and had the social support nursing intervention,96 patients were selected as B group,didn′t have social support nursing intervention.96 healthy volunteers from the communities were randomly selected as C group.Contrasted these three group social support nursing intervention and analyzed them.Results The patients in the A group,P<0.05,total score of A group of 96 patients social support nursing intervention was significantly higher than that of not receiving the intervention of the B group of 96 patients,and C group of 96 healthy volunteers had no significant difference score.Conclusion Good social support nursing intervention can stabilize the hypertension patients with good mood,keep good psychological state,make it feel the warmth of the community,improve the quality of life.
