锁定钢板内固定治疗四肢长骨骨不连的临床疗效观察

Locking Plate Internal Fixed Treatment Limbs Long Bone Nonunion of Clinical Curative Effect Observation

目的:观察锁定钢板内固定对四肢长骨骨不连的临床治疗效果。方法:以应用传统钢板固定治疗的16例四肢长骨骨不连患者为对照组,以锁定钢板内固定治疗的16例患者为试验组,对比两组患者四肢长骨骨不连平均愈合时间、并发症及后遗症情况。结果:试验组四肢长骨骨不连平均愈合时间显著短于对照组(P<0.05),并发症和后遗症发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:应用锁定钢板内固定治疗四肢长骨骨不连,患者骨不连愈合较好,安全可靠,恢复情况良好,值得临床推广应用。

Objective:To observe in the locking plate fixed to limbs long bone nonunion of clinical therapeutic effect.Methods:To apply the traditional steel plate fixed treatment of 16 cases of limbs long bone nonunion patients as control group,to lock in the steel plate fixed treatment of 16 patients for treatment group,compared to two groups of patients limbs long bone nonunion average healing time,complications and sequelae situation.Results:Treatment group limbs long bone nonunion average healing time was significantly shorter than the control group(P<0.05),the incidence of complications and sequelae significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of locking plate in treatment of limbs fixed long bone nonunion,patients nonunion healing is good,safe,reliable,and recovery in good condition,it is worth clinical application.
