The personnel education and training of community nursing are the guarantee of the sustainable development of community nursing.This paper offered some countermeasures for personnel training of community nursing combined with the actual situation in china.This paper will give some ideas for strengthening the community nursing education,accelerate the personnel training of community nursing,and promote the development of community nursing.
