战略性人力资源管理助推中小企业发展 被引量:1

摘要 随着经济社会的不断向前发展和改革开放的不断深入,人力资源这种社会发展中必不可少的稀缺资源已为各方面所认同,并已成为企业发展第一资源。如何选择适应中小企业发展的战略性人力资源管理模式,最大程度地激发员工的创造力,培养员工忠诚度,发挥员工潜能,已成为中小企业发展过程中所面临的现实问题,也是中小企业实现可持续发展的核心问题。本文通过中小企业成长过程中人力资源管理角色转变的分析,为中小企业人力资源管理角色定位指明了路径。
