基于目标管理的工业工程专业一体化实践教学模式研究

通过对工业工程专业实践教学的现状分析,结合专业培养目标与专业定位,采用目标管理法来对实践教学进行系统分析,确定实践教学目标,科学地分解目标与内容,给出了各类实践项目实现的方法与形式,提出了一体化实践教学模式,丰富了工业工程专业实践教学的内容。

By analysising the practice teaching situation of industrial engineering specialty, the paper combines with specialty training objective and specialty position, using the target management method to determine the practice teaching objective and decompose the goals and contenf. Finally, the paper gives the methods to achieve the kinds of practical projects, proposes the integration practice teaching model.
