耳石复位法治疗良性阵发性位置性眩晕的临床效果

Clinical effect of canalith repositioning maneuver in treatment of benign paroxysmal positional vertigo

目的探讨耳石复位法治疗良性阵发性位置性眩晕(BPPV)的临床效果。方法选择本院2009年1月～2012年1月收治的50例BPPV患者,均采取耳石复位法治疗,2周后对疗效进行评价。结果 50例BPPV患者治疗均顺利结束,2周后治愈38例(占76.0%)、改善7例(占14.0%)、无效5例(占10.0%),总有效率为90.0%。结论耳石复位疗法可安全有效地治疗BPPV,值得在广大基层医院中推广应用。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of canalith repositioning maneuver in treatment of benign paroxysmal positional vertigo (BPPV).Methods 50 patients with BPPV admitted in our hospital from January 2009 to January 2012 were selected and they were all treated with canalith repositioning maneuver,after 2 weeks,curative effect was evaluated.Results 50 patients with BPPV were treated successfully,after the 2 weeks treatment,38 cases were cured(accounted for 76.0%),7 cases were improved (accounted for 14.0%),5 cases were ineffective(accounted for 10.0%),the total effective rate was 90.0%.Conclusion Canalith repositioning maneuver is an effective method for the treatment of BPPV,and it is worthy of popularization and application in grassroots hospital.
