传统开腹手术与腹腔镜手术治疗结石性胆囊炎的临床比较

Comparative analysis of the clinical effect between traditional laparotomy and laparoscopic surgery on calculous cholecystitis

目的比较传统开腹手术与腹腔镜手术治疗结石性胆囊炎的效果。方法将在本院接受治疗的300例结石性胆囊炎患者随机分为腹腔镜组和对照组各150例,两组分别使用腹腔镜手术和传统开腹手术治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果腹腔镜组临床总有效率为98.7%,对照组临床总有效率为80.0%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论腹腔镜手术治疗结石性胆囊炎临床有效率高,疗程短,安全性高,值得推广。

Objective To discuss the effect of traditional laparotomy(TL) and laparoscopic surgery(LS) in treatment of calculous cholecystitis (CC).Methods 300 cases of CC patients who were admitted into our hospital were divided into LS group and control group randomly,with 150 cases in each group.Two groups were treated with LS and TL respectively,the clinical effect of two groups was analyzed and compared.Results The total clinical effect of LS group reached 98.7%,and that of control group was 80.0%,the difference between two groups was significant( P<0.05).Conclusion LS has some advantages of high effective rate,short course,high safety in treatment of CC,it should be vigorously promoted in clinic.
