摘要
目的探讨经脐单孔腹腔镜手术在儿童急性阑尾炎外科治疗中的优越性与安全性。方法选取2010年1月～2011年12月在本院外科接受治疗的急性阑尾炎患儿68例,将患儿分为两组,分别行经脐单孔腹腔镜阑尾切除术(观察组)与常规腹腔镜阑尾切除术(对照组),对比两组患儿的手术指标。结果两组患儿的并发症发生率、术中出血量、平均手术时间与平均住院时间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论经脐单孔腹腔镜阑尾切除术具有安全可靠的特点,与传统腹腔镜手术疗效相近,适合临床推广,同时美容效果更好,可以作为首选手术方式。
Objective To investigate the superiority and security of trans-umbilical single-hole laparoscopic surgery in surgical treatment of children acute appendicitis.Methods 68 cases of children with acute appendicitis treated in our hospital from January 2010 to December 2010 were selected and randomly assigned into two groups,respectively treated by trans-umbilical single-hole laparoscopic appendectomy(observation group) and conventional laparoscopic appendectomy (control group),the surgical indicators of children in both groups were compared.Results The incidence of complications,amount of bleeding during operation,operative time,and hospital stays of children in the two groups had no significant differences (P>0.05).Conclusion The trans-umbilical single-hole laparoscopic appendectomy has characteristics of safe and reliable,similar therapeutic effectiveness of traditional laparoscopic surgery,and with better cosmetic effect,thus is suitable for clinical promotion and can be used as preferred surgical method.
