腹腔镜与开腹手术治疗异位妊娠的疗效对比

Effect comparison between laparoscopy and laparotomy in the treatment of ectopic pregnancy

目的探讨腹腔镜与传统开腹手术治疗异位妊娠的临床效果。方法选择本院2008年5月～2012年6月收治的136例异位妊娠患者,随机分为实验组和对照组各68例,实验组采用腹腔镜手术治疗,对照组采用开腹手术治疗,比较两组患者手术后的情况。结果实验组患者的手术时间、术后住院时间、下床活动时间、肛门排气时间、尿管置留时间及术中出血量均明显少于对照组,而对照组并发症的发生率也比实验组高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论与传统开腹手术比较,腹腔镜手术治疗异位妊娠具有创伤小、术后恢复快、并发症少、伤口美观等优点,是治疗异位妊娠最理想的方法,值得在临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the clinical effects of laparoscopy and laparotomy in the treatment of ectopic pregnancy.Methods 136 patients with ectopic pregnancy admitted into our hospital from May 2008 to June 2012 were selected and retrospectively analyzed.They were evenly divided into experimental group and control group in randomly.In the experimental group,the laparoscopy was adopted,while in the control group,the laparotomy was applied.The postoperative conditions in both groups was compared.Results In the experimental group,the operation time,postoperative hospital stay,time to get out of bed,time of anal gas exhaust,intraoperative blood loss,and urinary catheter retention time was all greatly shorter than those of control group.In addition,the incidence of complications in the control group was more than that of experimental group,the differences mentioned above were both with statistical significance ( P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with conventional laparotomy,the laparoscopy has obvious advantages like small wound,quick recovery after surgery,few complications,and satisfied appearance after operation,etc,which is an optimum approach and is worthy of expansion in clinic.
