摘要
目的分析甲巯咪唑联合比索洛尔治疗甲状腺功能亢进症(简称甲亢)的临床效果。方法分析本院2011年2月～2013年1月收治的105例甲亢患者的临床资料,将其随机分为观察组53例和对照组52例,观察组采用甲巯咪唑联合比索洛尔治疗,对照组单用甲巯咪唑治疗,比较两组的临床疗效及治疗前后甲状腺水平的变化。结果治疗后,观察组患者的疗效、游离甲状腺素、总甲状腺素、游离三碘甲状腺原氨酸、总三碘甲状腺原氨酸和高敏促甲状腺素水平均显著优于对照组患者(P<0.05)。结论甲巯咪唑联合比索洛尔治疗甲亢疗效确切,安全,值得临床推广。
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of methimazole combining with bisoprolol in the treatment of hy perthyroidism.Methods The clinical data of 105 patients with hyperthyroidism admitted into our hospital from Febru ary 2011 to January 2013 were analyzed.Methimazole combining with bisoprolol was provided to the observation group (n=53),while only methimazole was given to the control group (n=52),the clinical efficacy and thyroid level were compared between two groups.Results The clinical effect and the levels of free thyroxin,total thyroxin,free triiodothyronine,total triiodothyronine,and thyroid-stimulating hormone in high sensitivity in the observation group were all remarkably superior to those in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of hyperthyroidism,the combination of methimazole and bisoprolol can obtain a definite effect,which is safe and is worthy of expansion in clinic.
