针灸治疗急性发作期过敏性鼻炎的临床研究

Clinical study of acupuncture treatment of acute exacerbation of allergic rhinitis

目的探讨针灸治疗急性发作期过敏性鼻炎的临床效果,以供参考。方法选择2009年4月～2013年3月本院收治的82例急性发作期过敏性鼻炎患者作为研究对象,根据随机法分组。A组口服盐酸西替利嗪,B组接受针灸治疗。对比两组患者临床疗效和不良反应的差异性。结果 A组总有效率为87.50%,B组总有效率为85.71%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。A组不良反应发生率为12.50%,B组未见明显不良反应,B组明显低于A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用针灸法治疗急性发作期过敏性鼻炎,可以取得和抗过敏西药相当的临床疗效,且不良反应小,具有一定的优越性。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of acupuncture for the acute exacerbation of allergic rhinitis for the purpose of reference.Methods Eighty-two patients in the acute exacerbation of allergic rhinitis who were treated in our hospital from April 2009 to March 2013 were selected as the study subject and divided into two groups according to the random method.Group A was given the oral administration of cetirizine hydrochloride and group B was given the acupuncture treatment.The differences of the two groups of patients in clinical efficacy and adverse reactions were compared.Results Group A had a total effective rate of 87.50% and group B had a total effective rate of 85.71%,there was no statistically significant difference (P>0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions of group A was 12.50% and no obvious adverse reaction was observed in group B,the group B was significantly lower than group A,with statistically significant difference (P<0.05).Conclusion The acupuncture treatment of acute exacerbation of allergic rhinitis can obtain clinical efficacy comparable to antiallergic western medicine,causes small adverse reactions and has certain advantages.
