血浆置换治疗格林-巴利综合征30例的护理体会

Nursing experience of plasma exchange treating 30 patients with Guillain-Barré syndrome

目的总结血浆置换(PE)治疗格林-巴利综合征(GBS)患者30例的护理体会。方法选取在本科行PE治疗格林-巴利综合征的病例30例,对其分阶段(术前、术中、术后)进行系统护理。结果所有患者经PE治疗后痊愈或显著改善,无死亡病例,8例患者出现各种并发症:5例出现皮疹、瘙痒,3例出现口周麻木、四肢麻木。结论 GBS患者的临床护理分阶段进行,可减少并发症的发生,减轻患者的身心负担,提高护理质量和满意度,为日后的临床护理工作提供宝贵经验,值得在护理人员中推广。

Objective To summarize the nursing experience of 30 patients with Guillain-Barré syndrome (GBS) treated by plasma exchange (PE).Methods 30 patients with GBS treated by PE were selected in our department.Systemic and phased nursing (preoperative,intraoperative,postoperative) were given in 30 patients.Results All GBS patients treated by PE recovered or were significantly improved and it had no death case.Various complications occurred in 8 cases (erythra and pruritus occurred in 5 cases,perioral numbness and limbs anesthesia occurred in 3cases).Conclusion Clinical and phased nursing of GBS patients can reduce the complication,reduce patients ′physical and mental burden,improve the nursing quality and satisfaction degree.It can provide valuable experience for clinical nursing work in the future and it is worthy of training and promotion in nursing staffs.
