内科医护人员培训体会

Training experience on medical staff from department of internal medicine

目的探讨内科医护人员培训的效果。方法分析本院内科医护人员40例的临床资料,给予内科医护人员知识培训,培训2个月196课时,共计8周的内科医护人员知识培训和临床实习。结果培训后医护人员知识考核结果和医护人员院前急救认知能力情况均明显优于培训前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论加强内科医护人员培训,可提高医护人员院前急救水平和素质,进一步完善干休所院前急救工作,提高医疗服务水平。

Objective To explore the training effect of medical staff from department of internal medicine.Methods The clinical data from 40 medical staff in our hospital were analyzed and offered training for them.It took these medical staff 2 months in 196 class hours to participate in knowledge training of internal medicine and clinical practice.Results After training,both examination outcomes of medical knowledge and emergency cognitive performances in the front of hospital were remarkably superior to those before training with statistical difference ( P <0.05).Conclusion Strengthening training on medical staff can improve the level of first aid in the front of hospital and their diathesis,further better the emergency work in cadre institute,and enhance the medical services.
