摘要
为了使医院的药学管理工作与国际质量标准接轨并且为药品质量管理工作提供新思路,本院引入了ISO质量管理体系的相应标准,并且结合本院药学管理工作的自身特点,建立了富有特色的药学部门质量管理体系,使得本院药品质量得到了保障,显著提高了药学服务的质量。
The relative standards of quality management system drafted by international standard organization (ISO) are brought in our hospital in order to connect the pharmaceutical administration in the hospital with ISO standard and provide new ideas for the pharmaceutical quality management.Together with the own characteristics of pharmaceutical administration in our hospital,the scientific quality management system with features in pharmacy department was established,which guaranteed the quality of medicine and greatly improved the level of pharmaceutical service.
