门诊处方不合理用药存在的问题分析

目的探讨本院门诊处方不合理用药存在的问题,以促进本院门诊安全、有效、合理以及经济地用药。方法收集2012年1～12月本院门诊处方,分析处方用药情况,统计不合理用药现状。结果不合理用药比例为10.11%,不合理用药类型包括重复用药、择药不当、用法不合理、影响吸收代谢、合用相拮抗、合用增加毒性和不必要合用等。结论本院门诊用药存在不少不合理用药现象,应引起临床工作者的重视,以维护患者的身体健康。

Objective To analyze the irrational drug use in outpatient prescriptions,in order to promote safe,effective,rational and economical drug use.Methods Outpatient prescription collected from January 2012 to December 2012,the prescriptions and the irrational drug use situation was analyzed in our hospital.Results The irrational drug use accounted for 10.11%,the irrational drug use types included repeated drug use,improper use of alternative medicine,unreasonable,affect the absorption and metabolism,combination antagonism,combined with increased toxicity and not necessary for combined and so on.Conclusion the outpatient drug use in our hospital has many unreasonable drug use phenomenon,the clinical workers should pay attention to it and maintain the health of patients.
