The irrational use of drugs is one of the reasons for frequent adverse drug reactions, and has become an acute problem facing today’s society. This article elaborates the raising public awareness of safe medication, the universal rational drug use common sense, the role of nurses in medication safety to reduce adverse drug reactions in the community health service centers.
