摘要
石榴果实不仅营养丰富,同时其中的多酚类物质在预防和治疗心血管疾病、癌症方面有特效。本课题以石榴皮为原料,研究了提取条件对多酚物质提取效果的影响,并通过正交试验对提取工艺进行了优化,确定了石榴皮多酚乙醇提取的最佳工艺为:乙醇浓度60%、浸提温度60℃、浸提时间3 h、料液比1∶25(g/mL),多酚得率为32.50%。
Pomegranate not only has rich nutrition, and the polyphenols in the prevention and treatment of cardiovascular disease, cancer effects. In this study, the authors extracted total polyphenol from pomegranate peel by means solvent extraction.The best processing condition was attained by single factor and orthogonal experiment:the ethanol concentration was 60%,1∶25 (g/mL)of mass ratio, extracting time was 3 hours at the temperature of 60℃, polyphenols were 32.50%.
