摘要
采用火焰原子吸收法测定秦巴山区银耳中的六种微量元素铁、锰、镁、钙、钠、钾的含量,该方法快速、简单、准确。回收率在97.3%~103.4%之间,相对标准偏差(RSD )<2.15%。结果表明:试样中人体所需的钙、镁、铁元素含量都比较高,具有很高的营养价值和医疗保健价值。同时也为秦巴山区银耳的进一步研究和深加工利用提供了新的科学依据。
Seven kinds microelement such as Fe,Mn,Mg,Ca,K,Na in white fungus have been detected and analyzed by flame atomic absorption spectrophotometry. The recovery of standard addition was 97.3%-103.4%, and the relative standard deviation(RSD )<2.15%. The result showed that Ca,Mg and Fe have a high percent in white fungus which has the rich value of nutrition and medical health. In addition , this survery supplies the new science accrowdance for the further reseach and second machining.
