鸭跖草洗方联合二氧化碳激光治疗尖锐湿疣的疗效观察

Clinical observation on treating condyloma acuminatum by dayflower washing combined with CO_2 laser therapy

目的:观察鸭跖草洗方联合二氧化碳激光治疗尖锐湿疣的疗效。方法:治疗组34例采用鸭跖草洗方外洗联合二氧化碳激光治疗;对照组34例采用二氧化碳激光治疗创面外用夫西地酸乳膏,观察两组的治疗效果和安全性。结果:治疗组34例,临床痊愈率79.4%;对照组34例,临床痊愈率52.9%,两组痊愈率相比x2=5.32,P<0.05,治疗组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义。结论:鸭跖草洗方联合二氧化碳激光治疗尖锐湿疣有效,值得临床运用。

Objective:To explore the efficacy of common dayflower washing combined with CO2 laser therapy in the treatment of condyloma acuminatum. Methods:The treatment group of 34 cases was treated with common dayflower washing combined with CO2 laser therapy. The control group of 34 cases was treated with CO2 laser treatment of wound for external use Fusidic acid cream, then the treatment efficacy and safety of two groups were observed. Results:The cure rate of the treatment group and the control group were 79.4%and 52.9%, respectively. Compared to the cure rate of the two groups, it showed statistical significance (x2=5.32, P<0.05) and the efficacy of treatment group is better than control group. Conclusion:Common dayflower washing combined with CO2 laser therapy in the treatment of condyloma acuminatum is effective and worthy of clinical application.
