中医推拿治疗50例颈椎病的体会

Experience for treating 50 cases of cervical vertebra disease with TCM massage

目的:探讨中医推拿对颈椎病的临床疗效。方法:将在我院接受治疗的100例颈椎病患者,在不违背其个人意愿的基础上,随机分为中医推拿组和对照组各50例,并分别通过中医推拿疗法和物理牵引疗法对其分别进行治疗。并对疗程结束后患者的恢复情况进行评价。结果:中医推拿组50例患者痊愈28例,其痊愈率和总体有效率分别高达56.0%和96.0%,与对照组的痊愈率40.0%和总有效率78.0%相比具有显著性差异(*P<0.05)。结论:中医推拿能不仅能有效的治疗颈椎病且安全性高,操作简便,值得在临床上大力推广。

Objective:To investigate the clinical observation on treating cervical vertebra disease with TCM massage. Methods:100 cases randomly divided into massage group and control group with 50 cases in each, respectively by treated by TCM massage and physical traction therapy. And after treatment the recovery of patients were evaluated. Result:The TCM massage group, 50 patients were cured 28 cases, the cure rate and overall efficiency as high as 56.0%and 96.0%, the cure rate compared with the control group, the total efficiency was 40.0% and 78.0%, the significant difference (*P<0.05). Conclusion: TCM massage can not only effective treatment for cervical&nbsp;spondylosis and safe, easy to operate, it is worth to promote clinically.
