试论建安医家张仲景的妇科学术思想及其对后世的影响

被后世医家尊为医圣的张仲景,不仅因他所创立的六经辨证的方法给后世医学的发展起到不可估量的推动作用外,而且对妇产科方面的精湛论述也为发展妇产科学奠定了坚实的理论基础。在现存的祖国医学书籍中,有专篇论述妇科的就算建安医家张仲景的《金匮要略》为最早。该书是我国现存最早的一步研究杂病的专书,其中有三篇为专门论述妇科病的。由于本书具有较高的临床实用价值,对后世临床医学的发展起了很大的作用,故被誉为医方之祖,治疗杂病的典范。
