中西医结合治疗锁骨中段移位骨折

Treating middle clavicle fractures in the integrative medicine

目的:观察锁定加压接骨板结合中药治疗锁骨中段移位骨折的临床疗效。方法:将60例闭合锁骨中段骨折患者随机分为两组,每组30例。治疗组采用锁定加压接骨板内固定结合中药治疗,对照组单纯采用锁定加压接骨板内固定治疗。比较两组患者术后6个月随访时采用Constant-Murley肩关节功能评分标准评定的患侧肩关节功能及骨折愈合时间。结果:60例患者均获随访,随访时间6~36个月,平均22个月。所有患者切口均甲级愈合。治疗组患者骨折愈合时间较对照组短(t=-2.281,P=0.026);术后6个月两组患者的Constant-Murley评分比较,差异无统计学意义(t=-0.817,P=0.417)。结论:锁定加压接骨板结合中药和单纯锁定加压接骨板治疗锁骨中段移位骨折的临床疗效相当,但前者能促进骨折愈合。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of locking compression plate plus TCM on treating middle clavicle fractures. Methods: 60 cases were divided into two groups, 30 cases for each group. The treated group was given locking compression plate plus TCM, the control group was treated by locking compression plate, six months after surgery to compare ipsilateral shoulder function and healing time of two groups by Constant-Murley shoulder function score. Results: 60 patients were followed up for 6 to 36 months, an average of 22 months. All patients’ incisions healed well. Fracture healing time of the treated group was shorter than that of the control group (t=-2.281, P=0.026);Six months after Constant-Murley scores of two groups were compared, the difference was not statistically significant (t=-0.817, P=0.417). Conclusion:Locking compression plate plus TCM therapy and locking compression plate therapy have equivalent efficacy, but the former could promote healing.
