健脾通便汤治疗功能性便秘疗效观察

Clinical observation on treating FC with the Jianpi Tongbian decoction

目的:以补脾益气,疏肝理脾,清热利湿,祛瘀通便为治疗原则,观察自拟"健脾通便汤"治疗功能性便秘42例临床疗效。方法:将82例功能性便秘患者随机分为治疗组42例,对照组40例;治疗组采用健脾通便汤治疗,对照组口服聚乙二醇4000。结果:治疗组总有效率78.57%,对照组总有效率72.5%。经统计学处理,差异显著(P<0.05),治疗组疗效优于对照组。结论:健脾通便汤有促进固有腺体的修复和再生,增强肠蠕动,抗肿瘤,抗炎排便作用。

Objective:To Bupi Yipi, Shugan Lipi, Qingre Lishi, Quyu Tongbian as the principle of treatment, observed the clinical efficacy of the Jianpi Tongbian decoction on treating functional constipation (FC). Methods:82 patients were divided into two groups:42 cases of the treated group, 40 cases of the control group, the treated group was given the Jianpi Tongbian decoction, the control group with oral polyethylene glycol 4000. Results:The recovery rate of the treated group was 78.57%, was 72.5% of the control group. Statistically, the difference was significant (P<0.05), the efficacy of the treated group was better. Conclusion:The Jianpi Tongbian decoction has the effects of promoting repair and regeneration of glands, enhance peristalsis, anti-tumor, anti-inflammatory bowel.
