查找相关文献和药品说明书,对临床常用中药注射剂常见的不良反应予以归纳,发现中药注射剂的不良反应以皮肤及其附属器的过敏反应最为常见。不良反应的发生与药物自身的因素、药物使用的因素和患者个体因素相关。建议加强药物的质量控制,加强药物化学成分和药理毒理研究,优化制剂工艺,临床医生、药师和护士要加强学习和沟通,以更合理使用的使用中药注射剂。

Finding relevant literature and medicine manual, commonly used in clinical medicine for injection common adverse reactions were summarized. Found that the most common adverse reactions of TCM injection were skin and its appendages allergic reactions. Occurrence of adverse reaction was related to medicine own factors, medicine use factors and individual patient factors. Suggestions to strengthen the quality control of medicines, strengthen medicine studies on chemical constituents and pharmacology and toxicology, optimizing the preparation process, doctors, pharmacists and nurses should strengthen the study and communication, for more rational use of TCM injection.
