摘要
介绍了河南龙宇煤化工有限公司氨离心压缩机制冷的流程和设备状况,分析了氨冰机系统惰性气体对机组运行的影响,以及氨冰机循环水冷却量不足的原因,采取了通过增加排惰气装置和增加管道泵的改造办法,达到了减少了氨冰机氨气排放和系统能耗,提高氨冰机机组运行负荷的目的,取得较好的环保效益和经济效益。
this paper describes the process and equipment condition for the refrigeration of ammonia centrifugal compressor,analyzes the effects of inert gases and reasons of lacking cooling capacity for the operation of this system,and then solve these problems by adding venting inert gases unit and in-line pump,which can not only decrease the ventilation of ammonia and energy consumption,but also improve the load of ammonia centrifugal compressor。 It obtains good environmental and economical benefit by this modification。
