摘要
针对深水钻井隔水管波激疲劳失效问题,在频域内建立该隔水管波激振动分析方法及波激疲劳计算方法。采用MATLAB软件编写深水钻井隔水管波激疲劳频域求解器,以我国南海某井为例进行基于频域法的隔水管波激疲劳寿命计算,并与时域法计算结果进行对比。结果表明:隔水管系统频域动态分析经过数步迭代即收敛,与隔水管时域动态响应分析频域法相比分析效率有较大提高;隔水管系统响应为宽带过程,进行隔水管系统疲劳寿命计算时需采用雨流修正系数进行修正;基于时、频域法的波激疲劳损伤计算结果基本相同,提出的隔水管频域疲劳分析方法可用于隔水管初步疲劳分析。
Wave-loading fatigue failure is one of main failure modes of a deepwater drilling riser. Wave-loading fatigue analysis of a riser provides a guidance for anti-fatigue design and management of risers in order to increase its service life. Here, methods for analyzing wave induced vibration and fatigue were established in frequency domain. A solver for riser fatigue calculation was developed based on MATLAB software. Wave-loading fatigue of a riser system in South China Sea was calculated in frequency domain and the results were compared with those calculated based on time domain methods. The results showed that the dynamic analysis of the riser in frequency domain converges after several iteration steps; compared with that in time domain, the frequency domain method raises computation efficiency greatly; the response of the riser system is a wide-band process so the rainflow correction coefficient should be used in calculating the riser fatigue; the wave-loading fatigue damage of the riser in frequency domain is almost the same as that in time domain; the riser fatigue analysis method proposed here can be used for a basic riser fatigue analysis.
