基于冲击韧性的钢桥面铺装环氧沥青混凝土疲劳性能设计研究 被引量:15

摘要 针对钢桥面铺装环氧沥青混凝土出现的疲劳开裂问题,分析现有设计理论和方法的不足之处。在断裂力学和能量法原理的基础上,提出以冲击韧性作为环氧沥青混凝土配合比设计的评价指标,通过试验验证了该指标的可行性;采用剩余劲度模量比来反映环氧沥青混凝土的疲劳性能,并建立起冲击韧性和剩余劲度模量比之间的关系。研究结果表明,冲击韧性和疲劳性能之间有良好的线性相关性,采用冲击韧性指标能够有效地评价环氧沥青混凝土的配合比设计和疲劳性能,该方法操作简单、快捷、准确,为环氧沥青混凝土的设计理论和方法提供一种新的思路。 Some shortcomings of the existing design theories and methods for fatigue cracking of a steel bridge deck pavement's epoxy asphalt concrete were analyzed. Based on the fracture mechanics and the energy method principle, impact toughness was taken as an epoxy asphalt concrete mix design evaluation index, and the feasibility of this index was verified with testing. The residual stiffness modulus ratio was adopted to reflect the epoxy asphalt concrete fatigue performances. The relationship between impact toughness and residual stiffness modulus ratio was established. The results showed that there is a good linear correlation between impact toughness and fatigue performances; the impact toughness index can be used to evaluate the epoxy asphalt concrete mix design and its fatigue performances effectively; the proposed method is simple, fast and correct, it provides a new idea for the epoxy asphalt concrete design theory and method.
