精神分裂症患者社会支持水平的现状及护理对策

Investigation on Schizophrenia Patients' Social Support and Nursing Strategies

目的调查精神分裂症患者的社会支持现况,寻求相应的护理对策。方法方便性抽样选取2012年1-5月绍兴市第七人民医院100例缓解期精神分裂症住院患者,并抽取同期健康体检者95例作为对照组,采用社会支持评定量表调查分析其社会支持状况。结果精神分裂症患者社会支持总分为(32.22±6.15)分,对照组的社会支持总分为(40.42±8.85)分,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。老年、男性、离异或丧偶或未婚、住院二次及以上的精神分裂症患者的社会支持水平较同类患者更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论护士应加强对精神分裂症患者及其社会支持系统的个性化健康教育,帮助患者提高社会支持水平,从而提高其生活质量。

Objective To investigate schizophrenia patients' social support,and so as to seek the corresponding nursing strategies.Methods From January to May 2012,100 paracmastic schizophrenia in-patients in the hospital were selected as experimental group and 95 health people with physical examination during the same period were selected as control group using convenience sampling method.Social support rating scale was used to analyze its social support status.Results The total score of social support for schizophrenia patients in the experimental group(32.22±6.15) was significantly lower than that of the control group(32.22±6.15)(P<0.01).The social support level was significantly lower in the elderly,male,divorced or widowed or unmarried schizophrenia patients and those hospitalized for more than two times(P<0.01).Conclusion Nurses should improve the health education and social support system of schizophrenia patients in order to help them get better social support,which helps to improve their quality of life.
