3人心肺复苏团队在急诊临床应用的效果观察

Observation on effect of triadic cardiopulmonary resuscitation team in clinical emergency treatment

目的探讨3人心肺复苏团队在临床工作中的效果。方法采用回顾性分析方法对3328例实施心肺复苏(CPR)的心搏骤停(SCA)患者的临床资料进行对比分析。结果发生于院内SCA复苏成功率高于发生于院外者(P<0.05);以急救团队进行复苏者成功率高于非团队复苏者(P<0.05);1医2护的3人心肺复苏团队完成高质量胸外按压、气管插管的比率高于2人心肺复苏团队(P<0.05),但4人及以上心肺复苏团队完成高质量胸外按压、气管插管的比率并不优于3人心肺复苏团队(P>0.05)。结论 1医2护配合的3人心肺复苏团队可较高质量完成新指南心肺复苏术操作要领,有利成功CPR,是一种较好的心肺复苏团队组合。

Objective To explore the effect of triadic cardiopulmonary resuscitation(CPR) team in the clinic medical work.Methods Clinical materials of 3 328 sudden cardiac arrest(SCA) patients with CPR were analyzed and compared retrospectively.Results Success rate of resuscitation in the patients with SCA occurred in the hospital were higher than the patients with SCA occurred outside the hospital(P<0.05);success rate of resuscitation in the patients with CPR team was higher than the patients without CPR team(P<0.05);ratio of high-quality chest compression and rate of tracheal intubation in the triadic CPR team(one physician and two nurses) were higher than the double CPR team(P<0.05);there were no significant differences of ratio of high-quality chest compression and rate of tracheal intubation between the triadic CPR team and the CPR team with equal or more than 4 people(P>0.05).Conclusion Since it is propitious to success implementation of CPR,triadic CPR team(one physician and two nurses) is proved to be a good model for the manipulation of cardiopulmonary resuscitation with high quality.
