康复指导治疗慢性心功能不全患者的疗效观察

Effect observation of rehabilitation guidance on the treatment of patients with chronic cardiac insufficiency

目的研究康复指导对于治疗慢性心功能不全的临床疗效。方法将慢性心功能不全患者100例随机均分为对照组与治疗组,对照组患者进行常规综合治疗,服用抗心衰药物;治疗组在常规治疗的基础上采用康复指导;治疗14 d后,观察临床疗效并比较2组患者的每搏量(SV)、心排血量(CO)、心脏指数(CI)、射血分数(EF);并测定比较患者的血压、心率等变化情况。结果治疗后,治疗组患者总有效率为82%;明显高于对照组(50%);SV、CO、CI、EF均明显高于对照组患者,心率、收缩压、舒张压均显著低于对照组患者;2组比较差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论康复指导治疗慢性心功能不全具有简单、易行等优势,且临床疗效肯定,值得进一步推广应用。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of rehabilitation guidance on the treatment of patients with chronic cardiac insufficiency.Methods 100 patients with chronic cardiac insufficiency were randomly divided into control group and treatment group.The control group was treated with the conventional combined treatment,while the treatment group was treated with rehabilitation guidance on the basis of the control group.14 days after treatment,clinical effect and the indexes such as stroke volume(SV),cardiac output(CO),cardiac index(CI) and ejection fraction(EF) were observed and compared between two groups,and meanwhile the change of blood pressure and heart rate were detected and compared as well.Results After treatment,the total effective rate was 82% in the treatment group,which was significantly higher than 50% in the control group(P<0.05);the indexes of SV,CO,CI and EF in the treatment group were significantly higher the control group,and the heart rate,systolic pressure and diastolic pressure were significantly lower than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Rehabilitation guidance is a simple and easy therapeutic method for treatment of chronic cardiac insufficiency,and the clinical effect is reliable and effective,so it is worthy of further popularization and application.
