精神分裂症患者睡眠障碍的原因分析及护理干预

Analysis of causes of dyssomnia in patients with schizophrenia and nursing intervention

目的分析精神分裂症患者睡眠障碍的原因并探讨相应护理干预对策。方法选取100例精神分裂症患者随机分为对照组和观察组,对照组采用常规护理,观察组在常规护理的基础上实施睡眠干预,比较2组的护理效果。结果观察组干预1周后、出院前的睡眠质量指数和生活质量均显著高于对照组(P<0.05),观察组出院前的护理满意度显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论精神疾病因素、社会心理因素、药物因素是精神分裂患者睡眠障碍的主要因素,通过护理干预可有效提高精神分裂症患者的睡眠质量和生活质量。

Objective To analyze the causes of dyssomnia in patients with schizophrenia and explore the corresponding nursing intervention countermeasures.Methods 100 patients with schizophrenia were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group.The control group was conducted with conventional nursing,while the observation group was conducted with sleep intervention on the basis of the control group.Nursing effect was compared between two groups.Results Sleep quality index and life quality index in the observation group at the time points of before intervention and one week after intervention were significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05);satisfactory degree toward nursing in the observation group before hospital discharge was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Mental disorder factor,social mental factor and medication factor are the main causes of dyssomnia in patients with schizophrenia.Application of nursing intervention can effectively improve the sleep quality and life quality of the patients with schizophrenia.
