脉冲式冲管法在鼻腔肠营养管维护中的运用

Application of pulsed washpipe method in the maintenance of nasojejunal nutrient canal

目的探讨脉冲式冲管在预防鼻腔肠管堵管维护中的效果。方法将54例行鼻腔肠管营养支持的患者分为观察组27例和对照组27例,营养液泵入后分别采用脉冲式法及传统法冲洗管道,比较2组的堵管发生率及并发症发生情况。结果观察组堵管发生率(3.7%)低于对照组(14.8%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组患者均有不同程度的反流、恶心、呕吐、腹泻等并发症,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论采用脉冲式方法冲管可以有效预防或减少鼻腔肠管堵塞,并且不会增加并发症的发生率。

Objective To explore the effect of pulsed washpipe method on the maintenance of nasojejunal nutrient canal.Methods 54 patients with nasojejunal nutrient support were randomly divided into observation group(n=27) and control group(n=27).Pulsed washpipe method and conventional washpipe method were retrospectively applied for the two groups after pumping of nutrient fluid.Incidence rate of plugging pipe and complications were compared between two groups.Results Incidence rate of plugging pipe in the observation group was 3.7%,which was significantly lower than 14.8% in the control group(P<0.05);Complications such as regurgitation,nausea,vomiting and diarrhea were detected in both groups,but there were no significant differences between two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Application of pulsed washpipe method can effectively prevent or reduce the blockage of nasojejunal canal,and it does not increase the incidence rate of complications as well.
