小儿肺炎支原体并发中枢神经系统感染临床研究 被引量:6

摘要 目的研究小儿肺炎支原体感染并中枢神经系统受累的临床表现、诊断、治疗及预后。方法选择我院2012-01—2013-01 32例并发中枢神经系统受累的小儿肺炎支原体感染患儿资料进行分析。结果呼吸系统症状为首发症状就诊的11例,占34.38%;以神经系统病变为首发症状就诊19例,占59.38%,以消化系统症状为首发2例,占6.45%;患儿年龄构成情况为3~5岁占9.38%,5~7岁占28.13%,8岁以上构成比较大,占62.5%。发热23例,血清MP-IgM检测阳性32例,头痛19例,脑电图检查异常30例,脑膜刺激征阳性17例,脑脊液检查细胞数增多29例。结论小儿肺炎支原体感染并中枢神经系统受累时,应及时进行脑脊液和血清检查,以明确病因对症治疗。 Objective To study the diagnosis,treatment and prognosis of children with mycoplasma pneumoniae combined with central nervous system infection.Methods The data of 32children with mycoplasma pneumoniae combined with central nervous system infection in our hospital from January 2012to January 2013were retrospectively analyzed.Results The first symptom of 32children was 11cases of respiratory symptoms(accounting for 34.38%),19cases of nervous system lesions(accounting for 59.38%),2cases of digestive symptoms(accounting for 6.45%);The age structure of 32children was 3~5 years old(accounted for 9.38%),5~7years old(accounted for 28.13%),more than 8years old(accounted for 62.5%);The clinical situation of children was 23cases of fever,32cases of serum MP-IgM positive,19cases of headache,30cases of EEG abnormalities,17cases of meningeal irritation positive and 29cases of increased cerebrospinal fluid cells.Conclusion Children with mycoplasma pneumoniae combined with central nervous system infection should be timely detected to the changes of brain cerebrospinal fluid and serum,which can explicit pathogenesis and perform the symptomatic therapy.
