哌拉西林/他唑巴坦对急性脑卒中相关性肺炎的疗效分析

Analysis of the curative effect of piperacillin/tazobactam on patients with acute cerebral stroke associated pneumonia

目的探讨哌拉西林/他唑巴坦对急性脑卒中相关性肺炎的疗效。方法对我院2009-05—2010-10收治的150例急性脑卒中并发院内感染性肺炎患者按照随机数字表分为观察组A、观察组B各50例,分别采用不同配比的哌拉西林/他唑巴坦复合剂进行治疗,对照组50例,采用头孢唑肟治疗,观察3组患者治疗效果及安全性。结果观察组A有效率84.0%,观察组B有效率80.0%,对照组有效率50.0%,观察组A、B治疗效果明显优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组A、观察组B细菌清除率分别为64.6%、62.1%,对照组为55.4%,观察组A及观察组B清除率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);疗程结束后3组患者神经功能缺损程度评分均明显下降,观察组A及观察组B下降程度较对照组更为明显(P<0.05);观察组A并发症发生率14.0%,观察组4.0%,对照组12.0%,观察组B并发症发生率明显低于其他2组(P<0.05)。结论哌拉西林/他唑巴坦在治疗急性脑卒中相关性肺炎中具有良好的临床疗效及杀菌效果,能够有效改善患者神经系统功能。

Objective To investigate the curative effect of piperacillin/tazobactam on patients with acute cerebral stroke associated pneumonia.Methods 150 patients with acute cerebral stroke associated pneumonia in our hospital from May 2009 to October 2010 were randomly divided into group A(50 cases,treated with piperacillin),group B(50 cases,treated with tazobactam)and group C(50cases,treated with ceftizoxime).The curative effect and safety of three groups were compared.Results The effective rate of three groups was 84%(group A),80%(group B)and 50%(group C),the curative effects of group A and group B were better than that of group C;The bacterial clearance rate of three groups was 64.6%(group A),62.1%(group B)and 55.4%(group C),the curative effects of group A and group B were better than that of group C;The neurological function score of group A and group B were lower than that of group C;The incidence of complications of three groups was 14.0%(group A),4.0%(group B)and 12.0%(group C),the incidence of complications of group A and group B was lower than that of group C.Conclusion Piperacillin/tazobactam has good clinical efficacy and bactericidal effect on patients with acute cerebral stroke associated pneumonia,which can effectively improve the nervous function of patients.
