奥拉西坦改善脑出血患者神经功能的效果观察

Curative effect of oxiracetam on treating cerebral hemorrhage patients

目的观察奥拉西坦改善脑出血患者神经功能的效果。方法将本院2011-04—2012-09收诊的脑出血患者随机分成对照组和观察组各78例。对照组采用基础治疗,观察组在基础治疗前提下加用奥拉西坦。比较两种方案的疗效及治疗前后神经功能缺损评分(NIHSS)、简易智能状态量表评分(MMSE)、长谷川痴呆量表评分(HDs)及生活质量评分(Barthel)。结果观察组显效率和有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05),观察组总有效率61.54%,高于对照组的42.31%。治疗4周后,观察组NIHSS评分显著低于对照组,而MMSE、HDs评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论奥拉西坦能有效改善脑出血患者的神经功能,提高患者的智力,改善痴呆状态。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of oxiracetam on treating patients with cerebral hemorrhage.Methods 156 patients with cerebral hemorrhage from April 2011 to September 2012 in our hospital were randomly divided into the control group(78cases,routine treatment)and the observation group(78 cases,oxiracetam combined with routine treatment).The curative effect,NIHSS,MMSE,HDs and Barthel in two groups were compared.Results The clinical effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05);The total effective rate was 61.54% in the observation group and 42.31% in the control group;4 weeks after treatments,the NIHSS score of observation group was markedly lower than that of control group,but the MMSE and HDs scores of observation group were higher than these of control group.Conclusion Oxiracetam can effectively improve cerebral infarction,heighten the intelligence of patients with cerebral hemorrhage.
