养血清脑颗粒加盐酸氟桂利嗪胶囊治疗偏头痛的疗效

Curative effect of Yangxue Qingnao granules and flunarizine fydrochloride capsules on treating patients with migraine

目的探讨养血清脑颗粒加盐酸氟桂利嗪胶囊治疗偏头痛的临床疗效。方法选取2010-02—2012-04我院收治的120例偏头痛患者,随机分成对照组和治疗组各60例,对照组每日给予10mg盐酸氟桂利嗪胶囊睡前服用,治疗组在对照组基础上,每日服用3袋养血清脑颗粒,分3次服用。治疗1个月后,观察2组治疗效果。结果对照组有效率68.3%,治疗组为90.0%。治疗组治疗效果明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论养血清脑颗粒加盐酸氟桂利嗪胶囊联合治疗偏头痛可明显改善患者的临床症状,安全高效,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the curative effect of Yangxue Qingnao granules and flunarizine fydrochloride capsules on treating patients with migraine.Methods 120 patients with migraine in our hospital from February 2010 to April 2012 were randomly divided into the control group(60 cases,treated with 10mg flunarizine hydrochloride capsules)and the treatment group(60 cases,treated with flunarizine hydrochloride plus Yangxue Qingnao granules).The curative effect of two groups were compared 1month after treatment.Results The effective rate in the treatment group(90.0%)was better than that in the control group(68.3%),which had significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Yangxue Qingnao granules combined with flunarizine hydrochloride capsules can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients with migraine.
