259例有晕针晕血史健康体检者成功静脉采血体会

Analysis of 259 cases with syncope syndrome in venous blood sampling in the healthy examination center

目的探索有晕针晕血史的健康体检者成功静脉采血的做法。方法回顾分析2011-01—2012-12我院健康体检管理中心(体检中心)健康体检静脉采血149 014例的临床资料。结果有晕针晕血史259例,男127例,女132例;年龄13～79岁,平均36.13岁;经各种干预、支持后发生晕针晕血16例(男9例,女7例),年龄16～47岁,平均29.18岁,占抽血总人数的0.011%,占有晕针晕血史的6.2%,轻度晕血表现13例(81.25%),中度表现3例占(18.8%)。给予去枕平卧、心理干预、吸氧、指压人中、合谷,口服温开水、糖水,监测生命体征等处理后5min症状消失者4例(25.0%),10min消失者10例(62.5%),15min恢复者2例(12.5%),全都完成静脉采血。结论营造一个温馨的人性化的抽血环境,重视与高危人群的沟通、心理干预,护士娴熟的操作技术和良好的服务态度是降低静脉采血晕针晕血发生的有效措施。

Objective To evaluate the syncope syndrome in venous blood sampling in the healthy examination.Methods The retrospective data were evaluated on 149014 healthy check-up cases of venous blood sampling in health examination center from January 2011to December 2012.Results There were 259cases with syncope syndrome,which contains 127 cases of male and 132 cases of female and ages rang form 13 to 79years and an average of 36.13years old.The cases with syncope syndrome were decreased to 16(6.2%),the ratio was 0.011%,which contained 9 cases of male and 7cases of female,ages rang form 16 to 47years and an average of 29.18 years old.Among of 16cases with syncope syndrome,the mild syncope syndrome was 13 cases(81.25%)and the moderate was 3cases(18.75%).By pillow-free and prostration and psychological intervention and preoxygenation and drinking warm water and syrup and monitoring vital signs,4cases(25%)were recovered in 5minutes,10 cases(62.5%)were recovered in 10 minutes,2 cases(12.5%)were recovered in 15 minutes,and all the cases accepted venous blood sampling successfully.Conclusion The measures which contain building a human-bases environment,talking with highrisk population,psychological intervention,skilled nursing operation and good service attitude effectively avoid syncope syndrome in venous blood sampling.
