影响低血糖脑病预后因素的临床分析 被引量:5

摘要 目的探讨影响低血糖脑病预后的因素。方法应用回顾性分析方法,将51例低血糖脑病患者按治疗前后NIHSS评分改善程度划分为预后差(治疗前NIHSS评分—治疗后NIHSS评分/治疗前NIHSS评分×100%<50%)、预后好(治疗前NIHSS评分—治疗后NIHSS评分/治疗前NIHSS评分×100%>50%)。进而分析影响低血糖脑病预后的因素。结果低血糖程度轻、持续时间短、纠正速度快、年轻、早期明确诊断、肾功能正常、白天发病的患者预后效果好。反之预后差。结论低血糖脑病的预后与低血糖程度、持续时间、纠正低血糖的速度、年龄、肾功能、早期确诊率、发病时间等因素有关。
