尖晶石型铁氧体AgxZn1-xFe2O4(x=0.1~0.5)的制备及光催化性能的研究

摘要 采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了尖晶石型铁氧体Ag x Zn1-x Fe2O4。利用XRD,SEM对纳米颗粒的结构、形貌进行了表征。结果表明,所合成的样品为尖晶石型铁氧体,形貌呈块状,粒径不均匀。通过对甲基橙的降解情况对其光催化活性进行了研究。结果表明,经过Ag+少量掺杂的Ag x Zn1-x Fe2O4样品,光催化活性提高。 Spinel ferrite Agx Zn1-x Fe2 O4 were synthesized by sol-ge1 method.The size,structure and appearance of the synthesized nanoparticles were characterized by XRD and SEM.The results of the as-prepared Agx Zn1-x Fe2 O4 paticles with mass are spinel ferrite structure and dispersive with the uneven size.The photoeatalytieal activity of Agx Zn1-x Fe2 O4 samples was measured by the degradation of methylic orange,the results show that the doping can improve the photocatalysis activity of Agx Zn1-x Fe2 O4.
