摘要
由于AlCl3水溶液pH值呈酸性、电离产生的Cl-为金属电化学腐蚀的激发剂,因此,现行的AlCl3溶液加压蒸发工艺是不妥当的。该工艺虽能有效利用蒸发过程中产生的二次蒸汽,但会导致蒸发器选材、防腐、清洗困难及AlCl3产品质量下降。建议在工艺流程的设计上将AlCl3溶液的加压蒸发改为减压蒸发以降低蒸发压力和蒸发温度,在蒸发器的选材选型上选用石墨材质的普通型蒸发器。
Because pH value of aluminium muriate water solution indicates acidic,chloride ion produced by ionization is booster of electrochemical corrosion of metal,pressure evaporation process of aluminium muriate water solution is inappropriate.Secondary steam produced by pressure evaporation process can be used effectively,but material selection,antisepsis and cleaning are difficulty and product of aluminium muriate declines inquality.It is suggested that pressure evaporation process be replaced by reduction evaporation process in technological design to reduce evaporating temperature and evaporating pressure,metal material be replaced by graphite material in mate-rial selection of evaporator.
