一种高强度复合暂堵剂的研制及性能评价 被引量:5

摘要 以胍胶、无机填料、体膨颗粒等为原料,研制出了一种新型的复合暂堵剂。考察了相关因素对复合暂堵剂体系性能的影响,并通过岩芯流动实验测试了暂堵剂的封堵性能。实验结果表明:当胍胶溶液质量分数为0.8%,加量为65%,交联比为100∶0.2,体膨颗粒加量为0.6%,无机填料加量为30%时,复合暂堵剂体系初始流动性好,形成封堵段塞后抗压强度高,模拟实验的突破压力最大能达到29.51MPa,且破胶彻底,易于解堵。 A new type of composite temporary plugging agent was developeded with guanidine gum,inorganic filler,particle as raw material,and investigated the related factors that influenced the performance of composite temporary plugging agent,and through the core flow experiment investigated the sealing characteristics of the tem-porary plugging agent.Experimental results showed that when the mass fraction of guanidine gum solution was 0.8%,crosslinking ratio was 100∶0.2,the amount of body particles was 0.6%,the amount of inert filler MgO,Al2 O3,SiO2 respectively was 15%,8%,10%,the composite temporary plugging agent had a good initial liquidity and strong compressive strength after formating plugging slug,and gel breaking thoroughly,and can be easily broken down,and the biggest breakthrough pressure of simulation experiment can reach 25.91MPa.
