As the starting point of the development situation of the asset management business of securities companies in S province,the paper analyzes the problems concerned in the current development of the directional asset management business as well as the challenges which bring to the steadiness of the financial system,and puts forward relevant countermeasures on how to regulate the development of the asset management business of securities companies.
