Yulin city is the typical area with the active private capitals,and its most private financing activities are carried out based on the coal economy,therefore having the feature of the coal finance.In recent years,with the depression of the coal market,financial risks have gathered,and related cases and disputes have frequently occurred.Taking Yulin city as an example,the paper deeply analyze the financial risk cause and effect,and puts forward strategies and suggestions on the risk prevention.
