The paper analyses the main problems in the development of 'Shenmu Model',puts forward that single economic model,excessive resources exploitation and excessive development of private lending are the leading causes of economic problems in Shenmu,and points out that the role of the financial adjustment for the industrial structure should be played,Widening the channels of the private investment,making good use of financial capital to promote the stable and healthy development of the economy.
