摘要
通过对具有农业特色的物流配送特点的分析,依托国内外绩效研究现状,借鉴其他物流企业及物流配送中心的绩效评价体系的建立,以及国内外相关研究成果,以鲜活农产品物流配送中心的配送过程为例,应用模糊数学中的综合评判理论,设计了鲜活农产品物流配送绩效评价系统的模型。该模型可完成物流配送过程中绩效评价指标体系的选取、评价指标权重的计算和鲜活农产品物流配送绩效的综合测评。
In this article the characteristics of the fresh agricultural products logistics distribution were analyzed based on performance research status at home and abroad,draw lessons from the establishment of performance evaluation system of other logistics companies and logistics distribution center,and relevant research results at home and abroad.The logistics performance evaluation system model for fresh agricultural products was designed with the application of comprehensive evaluation theory in fuzzy mathematics.The choice of performance evaluation index system,the calculation of evaluation index weight and the comprehensive evaluation of logistics distribution performance for fresh agricultural products were achieved through this model during the process of logistics distribution.
